If there are 2 items in the change set, after I accept the first and find it is wrong, how can I roll back the accept operation, so that I can test the second change without the effect of first?

You can find all the commands supported by the SCM Command Line. Since this is not one command, I can't give it to you.

On the component select Show History.
Select the change set you want to get rid of.
Select suspend to pull it out of your workspace. You can resume it later.

Why would you want to? However, I am pretty sure you can. Here is the Help for 5.0.2: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSCP65_5.0.2/com.ibm.team.scm.doc/topics/c_scm_cli.html

I want to do this by a script, so I need the command..
