Exception "CRRRS5439E The action cannot be completed because the Requirements Management server is not migrated." Jazz Win-6.0RC1

JOSE MARIA ALVAREZ (2614) | asked Jun 15 '15, 1:53 p.m.
 Dear all:

After installing the last version of the Jazz Server Platform (CLM-Web-Installer-Win-6.0RC1) and assigning the proper licenses to all aplications (QM, CCM, RM, etc.) I am not able to use the requirements management application. I have made the set up and following all steps and everything seems to work but when I access <server>/rm I am getting the next error:

2015-06-13 01:43:05,526 [          http-bio-9443-exec-8]  INFO com.ibm.team.jfs                                    - CRJZS5658I RDF indexer for private applications has started

com.ibm.rdm.fronting.server. exception. ServiceUnavailableException: CRRRS5439E The action cannot be completed because the Requirements Management server is not migrated.

Could you please give some hint on how to solve it? The other applications work perfectly it is just with the requirements management app,

Best regards,

Hi Jose,
How did you get it resolved ? I have got apps running on test server 6.0.6.1 but after DB refresh from PROD and running add table cmds. RM stopped working and ended with same error you had received.

atabase version: Oracle Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production With the Partitioning, Automatic Storage Management, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
JDBC Driver version: Oracle JDBC driver 12.2.0.1.0

CRJAZ2284W The database performance measurement took 7383 ms. A value greater than 2500 ms is considered slow and might indicate a problem with the database.

This occurs with Stable 6.0.1 as well. Is there a more detailed answer that can help installers diagnose why their installations may not be complete?

(I deploy CLM instances with a provisioning script that runs silent installs. Perhaps there is some outage in the repoTools responseFile ==> repoTools parametersFile where the manual script is not generating all the responses that the actual setup requires?)

You have to upgrade from the M11 to the RC1 milestone build. The milestones are only available for testing. If you attempted the upgrade, read the description in the help how to do the upgrade for the application you are looking at.
Some applications might have an online upgrade step that you have to run.
