Can I use email to create work items?

I am new to RTC and this forum, so please excuse the question if it has been asked and answered before.

I am setting up a new installation of RTC and one of our project teams has asked how they use email to create work items. I have looked through the documentation but can't find anything, which might answer the question right there.

Is this available, have I missed it in the docs?

We have installed 5.0.2, by the way.

I'll take a look at 6.0 RC1 in case there is any mention there.

there is nothing built into the product support. A partner CM-Logic has an email reader product called JazzConnect-EMAIL ( www.cm-logic.com ) It has support for numerous use cases with email.
