RTC changeset not showing up in pending changes

 Hi,
We are using RTC5.0.2 and in some of the machines, incoming changes are not notified as popup and not appearing in pending changes even after refreshing the sandbox. Incoming changes appear in pending changes list only when the eclipse client is restarted. Any configuration missing here?

 Hi Arun,

Tried setting preferences as shown above. But still issue persists for few users. Issue is there only for Incoming changes, outgoing changes are shown properly.

Can you please check the RTC client Window >> Preferences.
