Issue with licence in RTC

Users are stored on both applications (RTC) and the Jazz Team Server. The Jazz Team Server is the primary source of information and the application can query the JTS for license information. In this case, it looks like the user information on the application does not match what is on JTS. You should open a ticket with IBM Rational Support to get this addressed.
