error during report creation
I've installed RTC 2.0 on a linux environment.
The linux is a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.3 (Tikanga). The kernel verison is 2.6.18-128.1.14.el5. In according with the installation instructions, I've installed the following libraries: libXp-1.0.0-8.1.el5 libXinerama-1.0.1-2.1 mesa-libGL-6.5.1-7.7.el5 compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61 I've a problem with the report creation. Hi Angelo, this is a known Red Hat configuration issue. Have you tried contacting RTC's support line, they may have more accurate setup information as they may have helped other customers with similar issues.
From my side, I will try to get access to a Red Hat 5.3 Linux machine and see if I can reproduce the problem. |

RTC ships with a 1.5 java vm which requires compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.
Can you please do: ldd XXX/jazz/server/jre/bin/libfontmanager.so where XXX is the path for your RTC server installation. Make sure all of libfontmanager.so dependecies are satisfied. |

The problem has been solved with the installation of libstdc++.so.5
