ClearQuest Connector Gateway Confirmation Page

My ClearQuest Connector Gateway shows "No Jazz CQ Connection enabled project areas found". cqconnector.properties
cq.queryTreeRoot matches the query hierarchy in ClearQuest. A project has been created in RQM. What can I do to determine why this message appears?

I assume that you started the gateway after you imported the sync rules?

If so, can you turn on gateway logging? Go into the log4j.properties file in the gateway directory, and uncomment out "level1" and "level2"...

I am now seeing what I would hope from the CQ Connector Status page. Thank you for your assistance

I'm rebuilding a system that became inaccessible. The synctool, used for importing, is indicating why some records cannot be imported. Those errors are ones that I'm not surprised by. I am going through field mappings and so on to resolve them.

Uncommenting level 1 & 2 in the file you referenced has given me more verbose information when an import or export fails. But so far, I've not seen anything that sheds light on why the CQ Connector report says the connector doesn't see a project. Also, I notice the project does not appear as an option in the Filed Against field. At the same time, I succesfully imported about 1/2 of the records from ClearQuest.

Also, do you have a query folder named after the project area under the folder identified by the query root folder parameter?

Have you created sync rules for that project area?

Yes. They were imported from a working system that is no longer available. I have a ClearQuest, CQ Connector Gateway, and sync rules that were all part of a previously working system.
