ClearQuest Connector Gateway Confirmation Page
My ClearQuest Connector Gateway shows "No Jazz CQ Connection enabled project areas found". cqconnector.properties
cq.queryTreeRoot matches the query hierarchy in ClearQuest. A project has been created in RQM. What can I do to determine why this message appears? I assume that you started the gateway after you imported the sync rules? I am now seeing what I would hope from the CQ Connector Status page. If so, can you turn on gateway logging? Go into the log4j.properties file in the gateway directory, and uncomment out "level1" and "level2"... Rich Jazz CQ Connector team |
Also, do you have a query folder named after the project area under the folder identified by the query root folder parameter? Yes |

Have you created sync rules for that project area? Yes. They were imported from a working system that is no longer available. I have a ClearQuest, CQ Connector Gateway, and sync rules that were all part of a previously working system. |
