Hello rsemantic,

RTC 1.0.1 has an integration with SVN that allows to connect work items to
changes in SVN. There is some help in the tool and probably also articles
somewhere here.
In general you set up RTC, add some SVN integration info to Eclipse/RTC announce
the SVN connection to RTC and it works. (I like Jazz SVN better though 8-))
