How to Map Active Directory users profile pictures to RTC Users profile pictures

I have successfully mapped my RTC with LDAP configuration, with it i can import all the users which are present in AD....
But now i also want to map the imported users with their profile pictures which is present in the AD.
Is it possible or not?
Is there any work around for this?

Please, if any one knows, guide me into it.

I don't think such feature is built in the product. Ralph's blog can be a good starting point if you know programming.

Absent a feature - which we don't have, I think that is the work around.
