vs plugin RTC 5.0.2 Source control invisible

 Hi

I have installed a plugin for Rational Team Concert 5.0.2 on Visual Studio 2013. 

After connecting to Repositories, where you can see: builds, Enterprise Extentions, plans, reports etc... in visual studio (via the plugin) I can see the important item: 'Source control' with its components. 
The problem is that after a certain time, the Source control item is invisible. Unable to use. 
After a reconnect, it is visible again. 
I assume there is a problem with keeping the connection?

Any ideas with the reason/solution? This is an essential part of RTC and very importent to be solved.

Please contact product support for this one. I have heard about such phenomenons, but something like that is hard to solve in the forum. Support will point you to where to get information for them to solve this.
