RQM Excel importer - Issue

Config file is as below:
testcase.XLSStartRow=1
testcase.XLSArtifactID=A
testcase.category term="1. Test Phase".value=B

and log contains:
18-05-2015 18:17:49: Getting artifacts from current document test.xlsx
18-05-2015 18:17:49: Created 1 artifacts, sending to server
18-05-2015 18:17:49: sending testcase0 named urn:com.ibm.rqm:testcase:20000
18-05-2015 18:17:49: Server returned code OK
18-05-2015 18:17:49: finished writing artifacts

how was your existing test case created? through excel importer or from GUI(manually created)? the approach would be different in using ExcelImporter.

In order to investigate this, we would first need to see the cgf file you are using and the corresponding log
That may give us hint on whats going on
