How to compare clearcase multisite concept with RTC.Can any help it out with that.

RTC doesn't have the Multisite concept as it can be run across WAN.
To compare RTC with ClearCase Multisite, there's a blog Does Rational Team Concert support MultiSite? introducing how RTC achieve the same function as Multisite.
