adding a link in discussion field using oslc

Hello,
i want to add a link eg: https://localhost:8080/xyz/BU=1&RD=123 in discussion field via oslc 2.0.
When i post this using rest client it says 400-Bad request, "org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The reference to entity "RD" must end with the ';' delimiter." Any suggestions to post this link?

I would suggest to get the description of a work item that has a link and then try to create the content that way to post it.
