 RQM is loggin from my system but when I try to loggin from another computer in lan it is not responding please help me out guyes..

Harsh,
To troubleshoot this type of issue we would need detailed information about the problem; things like
  • UI Error message
  • Error messages in the log
  • Version and environment information
  • Information about your LAN


….you also may want to consider opening a PMR with the support team as they can review your specific set up and environment
