 when i am creating the testcase in QM 
i am able to save Test Case Design; Quality Task: Task in workitem DB table
In same way i dont want testcase seperate table that testcase need to be save in in the workitem table 

so i can delete the testcase from the DATABASE table ,Could you please help me.
