We want to restrict certain file types and large files.

ie all files > 2g    all files of type ios


I can restrict files types and sizes when delivering to a stream.

You can limit the size of the files that can be checked in by setting the "Versioned Content Maximum Size" advanced server property, but you cannot limit this restriction to apply to a particular type of file.
