Invalid default Testcase Template

I am using RQMCopyUtil 5.0.2 with RQM v5.  When I execute the command

"C:\Program Files (x86)\java\jre6\bin\java" -jar RQMCopyUtility.jar -s=https://<server1>:9443/qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/"Test01 (Quality Management)" -us=julie-pws=xxx -f -d=https://<server1>:9443/qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/Quality_Copy_Test -a=testcase -tc="testcase/com.ibm.rqm.planning.templates.testcase.template_1429883553657" -l=importlog.txt

I am getting an error message

java.lang.IlleangalArgumentException: Invalid default Testcase Template:  com.ibm.rqm.planning.templates.testcase.template_14186556008060. 

This template is a test case template that I created in the project and have set this as the default test case template.  I am using the ID from the template that I created.

Can someone help debug.

Two things to watch out for this command.
1. The user name and password are not provided for the destination project area. It is OK if they are exactly the same as the source.
2. The test case template ID should be for the one in the destination project area, not in the source project area.
If it still fails, check application log file qm.log on the server for more details.
