RTC 5.0: Can't print work items with attachments
Hello, There are no problems printing work items not containing attachments. However, when trying to print work items containing attachments, in eclipse, I see a blank screen. From the Web client, I get an http 500 Internal Server Error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cynthia |

Does this work item describe what you're seeing? Print doesn't work in new Work Item GUI with FF browser (319784) (The summary indicates FF, but there is discussion indicating that it's not limited to FF) Shawn |

No such problem with RTC 5.0.2.
