RTC 2.0.01 with JBE and java build tool kit

If  we want to use RTC with Java Build Engine ( JBE)  do we need java build toolkit  ?

can someone already using continuous integration with JBE explain what tools will be required for continuous integration for

RTC ---> JBE
RTC ----> Hudson/jenkins

Hi Mehul,
RTC doesn't support Jenkins integration. You need to use third-party plugin for Jenkins integration.

Using JBE can implement continuous integration. You need to installed RTC Build Toolkit on your build server which provides jbe executable file.

You can have a look article for the introduction of other build tools. To use build tools other than JBE, you need consider to upgrade RTC.

 Hi Mehul,

RTC 2.0 is fairly old release and its not recommended if you are starting to use RTC. The latest recommended version to use is RTC 5.0.2. The Jenkins support for RTC was added in RTC 4.x so would need RTC 4.x or higher to integrate with Jenkins.
