Issue with importing docs and csv files after upgrade to DNG 5.0.2

 Upgraded from jazz 4.x to 5.0.2.  Everything else seems to work ok, nothing in the logs, but we can't import either word or csv files.  The behavior is different between IE and Firefox.

In IE at the first step where you select a file, it doesn't do anything.  It shows 0 bytes and never gives you the progress bar for the upload.

In Firefox, you get the progress bar on the upload of the file, but when you go to the next step where it should import and create requirements in the tool, it never completes or shows any progress importing.

We tested the files in question on another server and they imported fine, so it isn't an issue with the file.

Any ideas?

We had similar issue before. If you run firebug, you may see the browser will repeat sending same command during importing. we found out that there is lack of thread problem(cause unknown) and restart the RM server helps. You may want to give it a go if there is nothing in the log file.
Client support can provide some trace logging to find out more info if restart does not help.
