Can I use JRS to report project members and roles in RQM?

Andy Detandt (535) | asked Apr 15 '15, 12:21 p.m.

What is the best way to export project list of members and their roles in both RQM and DNG?

We are on 5.0.2 and have JRS running.  Or is there a way to export directly from project area?

if JRS is recommend, please supply a sample SQL Query to be used in the Advanced area.

(other similar questions have been answered poorly.)

Thanks,

Andy

I would still like for JRS to provide out-of-the box user/role queries.

  1. Open the RQM, DNG or RTC project inside RTC eclipse.
  2. Right click on project, select Generate Run Time Report

...and your done!

This creates a zip file of the project settings, including membership teams and roles.  It does NOT include people on the access list, but you can copy and paste that list from the web interface into excel and delete unwanted columns.
