How to uninsatll JazzTeamServer502 on linux

Hi ,

We are upgrading Rational CLM 4.0.1 to 5.0.2 . We had a failure for this upgrade , during this upgrade we had install
JazzTeamServer502 . Now again we are going for upgrade . DO i need to uninstall the previous installation if  so How can  I proceed for Installation of JazzTeamServer502 ?

WAS  8.0.0.10

Hello Vallari,

If an upgrade to 5.0.2 failed, you would need to revert the 5.0.2 installation back to the point prior to the failed attempts and restore the databases.  If you didn't get far along in the install, it might not have updated much files.  But the easiest way to get a clean 5.0.2 installation back is to perform a new install.  You should uninstall the previous installation if you want to install into the same directory.
