Hi,

I have RTC and RQM on jazz production servers and I need add a RDNG to complete the CLM.

What is the first step to do this?

Thank you

Hi Marco,

I am not sure which release you are using, so I chose the documentation from the latest
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_5.0.2/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/roadmap_form.html

If you follow the interactive upgrade guide, then it explains how you simply download the RM application from https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-doors-next-generation/ (assuming you didn't previously install from the complete CLM binaries) and then you setup as per your topology.

I am assuming your distributed as you mention production servers, but please let me know if not or you require any further assistance.  In essence, as long as your JTS is accessible and the same version, you can install RDNG and register it against the existing JTS; which is adding it to your existing setup.
