RSA 7.5.1 on RedHat NPE When Displaying WorkItem

Garrett Rolfs (8388) | asked Jun 01 '09, 11:56 a.m.
I am helping a user that is experiencing NullPointerExceptions when
attempting to display WorkItems in RSA 7.5.1. My searches have come up
empty. Is this a known problem or does anyone have suggestions on how
to debug?

Thank you for any insight/suggestions.

You are using the latest RTC beta 2.0 M2?
You are using the default JRE that comes with RSA?
Thank you,
Lydia

Hi Lydia.

I checked with the user and he reinstalled the RTC plugin and that
resolved his problem. For the record the user was using RSA 7.5.1 with
the RTC plugin to access a RTC 1.0.1 server. The RSA default JRE was
being used.

Thank you for your reply.
