RTC Dashboards not loading

We migrated RTC 3.0.1 to new server. We used a host name alias to preserve the public url.

Everything seems to work except for dashboards.

The old server has DW enabled. I did not enable DW on the new server. Do the dashboards need DW?

Error on screen is:

An error occurred while retrieving the dashboard:

Object required

The mini dashboard has error:
An internal error occurred while loading the mini dashboard.

TypeError: Object required

Are there files that should be copied from old server?

The discussion linked seems to indicate that when data warehouse is added the schema is updated and this is used for the dashboard.  https://jazz.net/forum/questions/57811/rtc-301-dashboards-datawarehouse-broken-w-tomcat-service

So it appears that the dashboard use reports that use Data Warehouse once enabled.
