Hello All,

Can we change the default setting of "Time spent" attribute in RTC.Currently its "Hours" can we change ro minutes or seconds through Eclipse client.

It should reflect to all work items for that project area.

You can set it down to minutes. This is how it will look like:


The presentation will show the data in some kind of conversion aligned to this format.

Actually i need to change the default value from Hours to minutes from our  screen shot
I just need a one text box in Estimate attribute with minutes as default vaule
Is it possible through Eclipse RTC??.

You only have the two settings as far as I  know. You can enter the data in minutes (if suffixed with m). the data will be converted into the format above.
Other than extending I don't see a way to set everything to minutes. I am also not sure if that would be practical for the majority of users.

You can abandon that field and add your own attribute, maybe feedig the data to the estimate. See Process Enactment Workshop for the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management
