Which component were needed to use scm commands on USS@z/OS ?

The followings are the component list of RTC(CLM) for system z V5.0.0(Program Directory)

Hello. This is my self respons.

I think about the necessary component only as follows.

HRCM500 - Rational Team Concert - Change and Configuration Management (CCM)  
HRCC500 - Rational Common Components 

Or, iCommon Components(HRCC500) only ?
