RQM Error when I try to duplicate a TesCase

Hello,

When I try to duplicate some testcases (not all) I'm getting this error message, any idea why and how can I fix it?

You could be running into the following issue


The best course of action here would be to open a PMR with the support team and provide the QM log at the time in which the duplication was attempted

I been having issues with IBM support thro the PMR, getting responses of my issues after 7 weeks, I been getting solve in minutes thro the jazz forums. so I just read the logs and the issue is related only for the test cases that are linked with ReqPro, so What I did, I made the integration on the new Test Project Area (destination) with ReqPro but I'm still getting the issue is there any patch/fix already for that??
