Hi Tojan,
First, you need to have a permission to display the list of available widgets. It is controled by administrator in admin panel for project area.
If you have permissions, you should have add widget button in top right

I have admin privilege. What I am looking for is the list of widgets added by users on project area and team area dashboards. I wanted to know which all widgets are used in which all project/team areas.
