Can you check if you get them with workitem/workItem/allExtensions query?

You may refer http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21607451 for details to report on custom enums in RTC using RPE.

If you want to get the names, you can create and use special attributes in RPE.

right, the problem is when these attributes have not any value, RTC do not send the attribute name when there is not value on that attribute.

That is not the case. I can see that workitem/workItem/allExtensions/displayName gives the attribute name though there is no value set.
Which query are you using? Can you send the template so that I can check?
