How to get rid of older projects / users / iterations ?

Hello all

What is best practice to make older project, iterations, user 'invisible' with Jazz ?

How are you doing in your department e.g. when there is a project which is older than xx months/years and you do not

want to see it any longer ? Just archiving ? Are there better methods ? Maybe deleting in total ?

The method suggested is to archive these items, where archiving is available. There is no deletion except for some special items.

Dear Ralph

This is what I got from my internal user forum as question to address in the jazz.net forum.
How do other companies address this ?

In our project area we have a lot of plans from former Releases and Takts. The overview of "All plans" becomes more and more overcrowded and confusing.

What should we do with these old plans?

+ delete them?
+ archive them?
+ cleanup before archiving ? will in this case reports still show the same ?

Also the teams in the project are changed caused by leaving of members and adding members.
Shall we remove or archive the old teams?

What happens with plans and other  items in Jazz if we remove them?
