I see that currently it is no possible.

Any plans to allow filtering by comments as well as the comment status?
Today it is really hard working on a module and reviewing all comments done on the different artifacts.

I have the same questions regarding comments. Any ideas?

Consider to ask your own question instead of commenting on (2 and a half years old) unanswered questions.

I believe you will likely get a negative answer because comments are no attribute but a collection of complex (text) items. Harder to deal with. But I am not sure.

So far it is still not supported. There is an existing RFE for that. Please refer to https://jazz.net/jazz03/web/projects/Requirements%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=108555 and you can vote it.
