What is the significance of this error which I'm getting in JTS:
CRJAZ1992E The "com.ibm.team.repository.DbHeartbeat" task could not be completed and is now unscheduled. Error details: "The schema mapping for the package mapping table could not be created"
The only recourse for me to clear it is to restart WAS which is a real nuisance. I see a similar question here:

but the only recourse is also to restart WAS which seems more of a band-aid. It talks of increasing the JDBC connection timeout. Any more details of where that variable is and what value is recommended?
