Does Websphere allow the use of TLS protocol?

I have been told about the existence of "POODLE Virus" that affects SSL. The organization wants to use TLS.

Does WebSphere allow the use of TLS protocol?
If so, requesting a Certificate, does it follow the same procedure as we do to obtain a SSL certificate?

1. Yes; Websphere does allow the use of TLS protocol.

2. Requesting a Certificate, I believe it does follow the same procedure as we do to obtain a SSL certificate.
