Our server runs on 4.0.7. On a Sunday the server starts writing:

I'd suggest to talk to support about this.

Are you going to contact the support organization in Rational ? I am one of the administrators of this server.

If you are asking "Is Ralph going to contact the support organization in Rational for you", then the answer is no.   You need to contact the support organization, since only you will be able to answer the questions they have for you, and try the suggestions they give to you.
