Unfortunately, this is not possible in the RQM UI. 

Consider writing a custom script/application using the RQM Reportable REST API.  We have several utilities written in Java that could be used as a boilerplate for your application.  They are stand-alone utilities that handle authentication with the RQM server and use the RQM Reportable REST API.  For example, see the source code in the RQM API Utility (see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#Download).
