How to connect custom WI type in RTC with Insight?
Hi,
I have some custom WI type in RTC which i need to connect to insight, see fields and generate various reports. somehow i am not able to do the same. please suggest step by step how do i do the same? |

Hello Pradnya,
Custom WI types in RTC behaves the same as other work items as far as Insight is concerned. You get the information on Work Items from Operational Data Store > Request Area > Request. For the custom attributes you can put in the same query the data from the various Operational Data Store > Request Area > Request [Type of Data] Extension (e.g. Request Resource Extension, Request String Extension, Request Integer Extension, ...).
