Widget report parameter retrieving error.

 Hello,

I'm trying to configure a dashboard on CCM v5.0 and I keep getting this error in several widgets:

"CRRDV0019E The report parameters cannot be displayed. The server encountered an unexpected error that prevented it from retrieving the report parameters. To find more details about this issue, open the JavaScript console of your browser by pressing F12, reopen the report parameter dialog, and check the JavaScript console for any resulting errors."

It also does not provide any options in the query selection parameters.

What could be causing this problem, and what can I do about it?

Are these custom reports?
I would double check your log files to see if there is a correlating error which may provide more information.

Yes, the error occurs in custom report widgets.


Unfortunately, I have no access to the log files, but the IT administrator said that he looked at the log files but was unable to find the root cause of this problem.

Do you have any probable cause in mind?

Are you familiar with firebug? I would recommend debugging it that way.
Also - try to run the report normally (ie not through the dashboard). Does it work?
