A query displaying WIs Priority - Priority value do not display after opening a WI from the query

 Hi,

I am using RTC 4.0.5.

I run a query on Workitems and displaying priority field.

A strange issue occurs. once i am opening a workitem from it and returning to the query, the value of priority for the specific WI i was in not displayed in the query.

In version 5 i was not able to reproduce the issue. Is this a known bug?

I am not sure if this is a known bug, but I was also unable to reproduce in 5.
Have you tested with different browsers?

I tested several browsers - Same behavior.

I would recommend opening up a PMR so they can investigate as this seems to be a defect. However, since it does seem to be resolved in 5.x, it may be advisable to upgrade (unless this defect was fixed in a fix pack, but support will be able to tell you which one if it is).
