RTC 2.0 beta 2 supports Linux 64bit.

Is the standard/expression edition packaged the 64bit DB2 Express edition 9.5 for linux?

If it is, is this version of DB2 upgradable/patchable?

Yes they include a bundled version of DB2 9.5 Fixpack 3a Workgroup Edition. As far as I know it is upgradable and patchable. 64-bit versions of DB2 are included with the 64-bit RTC downloads.
