How can I ensure that promotion outputs are the right outputs?
Scenary:
Two users create a RWS from a Stream and load the same componente on their LWS.
User 1:
1- Changing F1, Check-In & Deliver, Associate WI 1
2- Build
User 2:
1- Changing F1, Check-In & Deliver, Associate WI 2
2- Build
User 1:
1- Promote WI 1
How can RTC ensures that outputs promoted are from user 1's build and not from user 2's build? Where can I enable this check?

In Team Artifacts > Enterprise Extensions > Promotions > {Promotion_Name} > z/OS Promotion (tab)
Uncheck the option: Skip tiemestamp check when build outputs are promoted
