Hi all,

We have successfully deployed the plugin for RRS to our IHS reverse proxy server so that the URL
https://Diamond.dwr.com/rs

It directs clients to the RRS context root on the WAS server running the RRS application. However, upon accessing the proxy URI, the browser replaces the reverse proxy URI with the URI of the application
server host.

Some users do not have access to server host, they are unable to resolve the hostname for the application server. In the past with RRDI and later Insight, it was discovered that modifying the url argument of the <report-server> XML tag in the jazzns_config.xml file to the proxy URI. There doesn't appear to be any such file in the RRS configuration.

Really, I need to know how to get the RRS application to refer to itself using the proxy hostname.

Secondly,  Can you use Rational Report Server and Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence both concurrently?

Hello Daniel,

JRS behaves like the other CLM applications so the same considerations applies:

For the second question, yes, you can use JRS and RRDI at the same time on the same data warehouse.
