Test Suite execution console disappear in RQM 5.0.1

While re-executing the test suite, the pop up which indicates about the already running execution is disappearing.

1-  The issue persists across all supported browsers. It is same for
test suite as well as test cases executions.
2- we are doing manual testing not automated.
3- Currently we are using the tool with "Execution console" option only as a work-around

Which version of RQM are you using? when did the issue started coming, was there any changes done in the server?

This issue is observed under RQM v5.0.1. Infact RQM was upgraded from 4.0.3 to 5.0.1
The behavior was not observed under RQM 4.0.3 and no explicit changes done on server apart from general upgrade process carried out.

Does this happen for new TestCases and TestSuites or it happens only for the migrated ones. Also can you paste the screenshot of the popup for reference
