serverReset command in RQM

I executed the instruction about "Configuring a local update site":
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSBLQQ_8.6.0/com.ibm.rational.rit.integration.doc/topics/t_ritrqm_config_local_update_site.html

But I have CLM 5.0.2 and RIT 8.6 and after executing the command "https://<hostname>:9443/qm/admin?internal#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.serverReset"
I can't enter QM through the web getting the error HTTP 400 - Bad request.
What changes I need in QM to fix this problem?
I understand that one of the simple method is to reinstall QM, but I would like to understand what the actions was made by using command "serverReset" and what the actions I need to do to fix this problem with QM server?

Thank you in advance!

Try just going to the /qm/admin page letting it load.  Then add ?internal=true and you should see more links one of which will be the server reset.
