No categories are listed when running the Team Timesheet report

I've been trying to run the "Team Timesheet Report" with no luck.
This is because I don't see categories listed in the report.
I'm currently using Rational Team Concert version 5.0.2.
Database: Derby.

Have you run data collection jobs after creating the work items? Basically this report is for formal process management template based project area. If you have the right data and run etl collection jobs, you will see the parameters populated in the report. Please have a try.

I have seen this many times and the root causes are usually

  1. Data collection jobs did not run
  2. The report makes assumptions about the projects that are not met. E.g. having teams in the project area

Yes, I did run the collection jobs. The project area has a team area and I have already associated the team to the category .

Can you please check if ccm data collection jobs were run successfully?
