Why does "Show History" for a file just beep?

I am in Package Explorer.  The RTC repository is connected; I was able to use "Pending Changes" to get the code that was recently checked in.

I right-click on a file name and choose "Show In --> History".  I hear a beep from the computer and nothing else happens.  The "History" tab is showing, but there is nothing in it.  There are no new error messages under the "Problems" tab.

Is there a setting that I have to have enabled?  Or a log file that might tell me what isn't correct?

 Hi James,

Please check the work items that are associated for the changeSets belongs to your project area for that project.
and make sure you are having access to that project area.
