Extending Express(-C)

Bernd van Oostrum (21725371) | asked May 13 '09, 10:50 a.m.
Hello,

Currently I'm working with the Express-C - edition. As described in the manual 'role based permissions' are configurable, but not working in this version.

Are extensions (e.g. a custom 'role based permissions'-checker) taken into account by the server when using Express(-C) - licenses?

In RTC 2.0, Express-C will support role-based permissions. This is
already included in RTC 2.0 Beta 2:

Support for permission and precondition-checking is now the same in all
editions.
