LDAP schema migration

Hello ALL

we have an'installation of RTC (CM+QM) installed version 4.07 configured to use a ldap structure both for nominal that functional user (included rtc_admin and etl)

Now global IT need to update the LDAP schema and based on this all the RTC ussers are configured with a difference common name

Have this an inpact on RTC ? we need to do some preventive action before IT change schema ?

Could you help me ?

I can't think of any "preventive actions" rather than just prepare for it, since the LDAP configuration in your RTC 4.0.7 has to match what is in action. You should keep the id for each user the same before and after the LDAP schema change, and change the user/group mapping in RTC to match the new settings once the LDAP schema change is in place.
