hi, i'm logging at RTC at igajts01.swg.usma.ibm.com/jts and getting this error: CRJAZ2611E - the user  edusor@br.ibm.com is archived.    how do I request to un-archive my user id to start using RTC via web ? thank you

As an administrator go to the user administration in the Web UI.
List the archived users. At the right end of the row of the user to restore, click the restore user icon.
