Any partecipant for the save contributor operations?
We wonder if any partecipant does exist for the save contributor operations, maybe similar to com.ibm.team.process.internal.service.ProjectAreaSaveOperation?

No, there does not. Saving contributors is not defined as a Process enabled operation, so it does not support adding participants.
Contributors are not "owned" by one project area; they exist outside of project areas. So, it would not be clear what process rules should affect the saving of a contributor. I suspect this is why the operation is not defined as a Process-enabled operation.
